Russia: let's provide medical aid and provide food to civilian population of Donezk and Lugansk.
Chile and China: blah, blah blah (neutral)
France: Russia helps separatists that why civilians suffer. Seps don't want to shake peaceful hand offered by pres. Poroshenko. Almost nothing about help for population.
USA: Russia masses military forces near border, help successfully provided by Ukrainians on liberated territories. No need to take other action.
Lithuania: Russia can not interfere into internal affairs of Ukraine, took Crimea,violates the rights of crimean tatars, helps terrorists. Terrorists do mass killings and torture people. (Not a word about topic of meeting).
Jordan: nobody should help seps, Ukrainian state has all rights and power to rule over its territory.
South Korea:concerned about the situation. There should be only political solution. And please do not hinder MH17 crash investigation.
Aergentina: concerned,worries about artillery fire, let civilians leave the area. Stop this before winter. Supports help for civilians and investigation of all deaths in Donbass.
Luxemburg: unlawful seps are so unlawful. Let's help civilians and start negotiations between seps and Poroshenko.
Australia: this conflict is bad. 163 000 people has left Ukraine. Let's protect civilian infrastructure, help refugees and start dialog. Stop help for terrorists. MH17 must be investigated without obstructions. Seps block access to the crush area.
Nigeria: thanks to Rwanda for successful leadership in council last month. Let's help civilians.
