" Ukranian Parlament (Rada) season ( 90 days) is closed.Deputys go to vacations till 1 september.
In whole 90 season days thier oficcialy worked on laws - 34 min (Thirty Four Minuts!!).They came to parlament,registred quorum,and right after that closed sessions everyday.
Even if they tryed to work,it was impossimbe becose Region party barricated
doors with chairs,or Timoshenko party carryin Constitution book out of Parliament room(without wich is forbidden to work)
Not single law of description was aproowed(including budget),exept WTO ratification,only couple denied. "

This is one fecked up country and the
USchenko (точнее не скажешь) family is not making any things better. Actually this whole shyte started back in 2004 with orange revolution.
Kinda sucks to have a gaulieter for president.
